The Schil - 2022
Driving to the start of the guided walk up the Schil I have never seen rain like it, the roads where flooded and I pondered during the journey how many would actually turn up for the walk.

It was a true Autumnal day when we met at Alwinton.
Windy Gyle - 2022
Sunshine was certainly in store for today, what a wonderful day in May.
After meeting at the Wedder Leap car park, we headed up the valley floor to 'The Street'. We climbed up steeply from the Valley floor, leaving the river Coquet behind, to a lofty position from where we could look up the Coquet Valley to Chew Green and down the valley to Barrowburn.
