I was walking with Alison Marsh yesterday 26.7.09 at Eglingham-Bewick Moor-Blawearie and although the weather was a bit drizzley at times it was a wonderful day, just the job to get rid of the hangover from Ladies Day at Gosforth Racecourse |

Were up last week staying in Rothbury and blessed by great weather. managed 3 of the walks, including Windy Gyle (it was that day!) Saw the wild goats too. One comment, Jon - it took some time to find the start place and we wasted about half an hour - it might be helpful to include an exact mileage to it from, say, the centre of Alwinton to remove any doubt. Your walk instructions are excellent and you feel very confident following them. Thank you! |

Was out in the beautiful weather at the weekend, walking Windy Gyle, what a fantastic walk this is, weather was perfect, the scenery was second to none and the walk itself very testing but well worth the effort. |
